General
A BV typically becomes attractive when your profit exceeds €90,000 per year. A BV offers lower tax rates (19% up to €200,000), liability protection, and flexibility in salary/dividend. We help you with a free calculation to see what is most advantageous in your situation.

BV Bookkeeping
The customary salary for 2025 is at least €56,000. We advise the optimal salary based on your situation. Often a combination of salary up to the first bracket (€38,441) plus dividend is tax-efficient. We calculate exactly what is most advantageous for you and adjust this annually.
VAT return every quarter (31 Jan, 30 Apr, 31 Jul, 31 Oct), file annual accounts within 5 months after the financial year, corporate tax return within 6 months (with automatic extension). We monitor all deadlines and ensure everything is filed well in time. You receive automatic reminders.
All costs with a business purpose are deductible: office costs, software, marketing, travel expenses, phone/internet (partly), entertainment costs (80%), study costs, and business lunches (80%). Cars have special rules. We advise in advance whether something is deductible, to reduce the chance of disputes with the Tax Authority.
From 2025, you pay 24.5% box 2 tax up to €67,804 and 31% above that. This makes dividends less attractive. We help with alternatives such as pension in own management, mortgage from the BV, investments from the BV, or distributing dividends before 2025. Every situation is different, so we provide personalised advice.
E-commerce & Webshops
Since 2021, the One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme applies. For sales above €10,000 per year to consumers in other EU countries, you must pay VAT in the customer's country. We arrange your OSS registration, file the quarterly returns and ensure you are compliant. This prevents fines and double VAT charges.
With dropshipping from, for example, China, you need to watch out for import duties and VAT. Since July 2021, you as the seller are responsible for VAT, even for shipments under €22. We help with IOSS registration, ensure correct VAT payment and advise on the most efficient fulfilment structure.
If you have stock in Amazon warehouses in other EU countries, you may need to be VAT-registered there. We arrange VAT registrations in all relevant countries, file the returns and reclaim VAT on Amazon fees. Many sellers leave money on the table by not handling this properly.
Platform fees are fully deductible as business expenses. We automatically import your sales reports, correctly split between revenue, VAT, fees and payouts. Everything is processed in real-time so you always have insight into your actual margin per platform and product.

Onze BV boekhouding start vanaf €219 per maand voor het Basis pakket (25 boekingen per maand, online boekhouding, deponeren cijfers, VPB aangifte). Het Succes pakket voor €319 per maand is het meest gekozen en bevat extra diensten zoals jaarrekening samenstellen en proactief belastingadvies. Voor grotere BV's met 100+ boekingen hebben we het Compleet pakket voor €499 per maand. U betaalt een vaste maandprijs zonder verrassingen - geen uurtje-factuurtje!

Our BV bookkeeping starts from €199 per month for the Basic package (25 bookings per month, online bookkeeping, filing figures, corporate tax return). The Success package at €299 per month is the most popular and includes extra services like annual accounts preparation and proactive tax advice. For larger BVs with 100+ bookings, we have the Complete package at €499 per month. You pay a fixed monthly price without surprises - no hourly billing!
We work with fixed monthly prices that are invoiced quarterly. This gives you flexibility and us the certainty to serve you optimally. You can always cancel with a 3-month notice period.

VAT & Sales Tax
Yes, but with limitations. Business lunches and client dinners are 80% deductible. Staff parties are 100% deductible. Canteen food for staff is also 100%. We check whether the deduction is justified and ensure you benefit maximally without risk of additional assessments.
B2B deliveries within the EU are at 0% VAT (with a valid VAT number from the customer). B2C depends on thresholds per country (OSS scheme). Export outside the EU is always 0% VAT. We verify VAT numbers, create the correct invoices and file the ICP report. This prevents additional assessments during audits!
Don't panic! We prepare everything, attend the meeting and handle all correspondence. Our bookkeeping is set up so that audits run smoothly. In 95% of cases there are no additional assessments. Should there be an issue, we negotiate on your behalf.
